The innocuous dialogue exchange, however, has been immortalized by a song by music producer Yashraj Mukhate. The remix of the dialogues and the scene coupled with the quirky background score went quickly viral. And soon the catchphrase turned into the hashtag – Rasode mein kaun tha. As for the reaction of the person who did ask the question, Kokilaben is ecstatic. Not only did she enjoy the viral trend but also enjoyed the rap. Rupal Patel even called the creator, Mukhate to tell him how she truly loved the rap. Speaking to India Today, she said, “I am humbled and honoured. No doubt Kokila Modi is an iconic character, but now this rap song will make her more memorable in people’s hearts.”
